Belt conveyor is the main equipment of fertilizer production. Working Principle of Belt Conveyor:

The belt conveyor consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt on it. 1.The drum that drives the rotation of the conveyor belt is called the drive roller; The other is only the drum that changes the direction of movement of the conveyor belt.

2.The drive drum is driven by the motor through the reduce driver, and the conveyor belt is depend on the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt.

3.Driving rollers are generally mounted on the discharge side to increase traction and facilitate dragging.

4.The material is fed by the feed end and falls on the rotating conveyor belt, which is driven by the conveyor belt friction reach to the discharge end.
