Full granulation function and high production efficiency
The chemical fertilizer production line is a highly automated fertilizer production line system. Today, chemical fertilizers play a vital role in agricultural production. Compared to organic fertilizers, chemical fertilizers not only provide plants with sufficient and precise nutrients but are also more easily absorbed. Chemical fertilizer production lines are categorized into NPK compound fertilizer production lines and BB fertilizer production lines. Tianci Heavy Industry has specialized in fertilizer equipment for over two decades and possesses the capability to professionally manufacture complete sets of chemical fertilizer production lines. Whether you are a small-scale fertilizer plant or a large-scale fertilizer manufacturer, we can customize a chemical fertilizer production line suited to your production scale.
The NPK compound fertilizer production line is the most common type, referring to the process of converting chemical raw materials such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) into granular compound fertilizers. Its core equipment, the granulator, includes drum granulators (suitable for large-scale production), extrusion granulators, and disc granulators (suitable for small and medium-scale production).
Below, we provide a systematic overview of the drum granulation production line using the drum granulator as an example. Its principle involves using steam to regulate material temperature and moisture content, enabling the materials to undergo liquid-phase bonding within the drum and be rolled into spheres by centrifugal force. The finished product features high output, excellent quality, and high strength; it is resistant to breakage, has smooth, rounded particles, and achieves a high spheronization rate of over 90%.
1. Automatic Batching System: Based on the formula, raw materials such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) are precisely measured using electronic belt scales and conveyed.
2. Raw Material Crushing and Mixing: Large raw material chunks must be processed through a crusher to ensure consistent granulation quality. The crushed raw materials are uniformly mixed in a twin-shaft mixer and conveyed to the granulator.
3. Drum Granulation: By regulating steam and water, the raw materials agglomerate into granules within a rotating drum.
4. Drying and Cooling: Freshly produced granules have high moisture content and low strength; they must be dehydrated in a rotary dryer and then cooled to room temperature in a cooler.
5. Screening and Recirculation: The granules pass through a vibrating screen. Qualified products proceed to the next stage; unqualified large granules are re-crushed, while undersized granules are returned to the granulator for re-granulation.
6. Coating Treatment: A layer of oil or wax is sprayed onto the surface of qualified granules to prevent the fertilizer from absorbing moisture and caking, and to enhance its appearance.
7. Automatic Packaging: The finished product is bagged and sealed using an automatic weighing and packaging scale.
1. Automatic Batching Bin: Precisely controls raw material ratios.
2. Crusher: Crushes large chunks of raw material.
3. Biaxial mixer: Thoroughly and uniformly mixes the crushed raw materials.
4. Granulator (Drum/Extrusion/Disc): Converts powder into granules.
5. Rotary Dryer/Cooler: Removes moisture and enhances granule strength.
6. Rotary Screen: Separates qualified products, oversized particles, and powder.
7. Coating Machine: Applies a surface coating to prevent caking.
8. Bucket elevator/belt conveyor: Handles vertical and horizontal material transport between equipment.
9. Automatic packaging machine: Weighs and automatically packages the finished product.
The BB fertilizer production line is the simplest and most flexible among fertilizer processing lines. It thoroughly and uniformly blends two or more granular single-component fertilizers according to the formula ratio. Compared to NPK production lines, it does not require granulation, drying, or cooling stages, resulting in lower investment costs and a smaller footprint.
1. Raw Material Storage and Conveyance: Various granular raw materials are stored separately in different silos.
2. Automatic Batching: A microcomputer-controlled electronic weighing system automatically regulates the discharge volume from each silo based on the preset formula.
3. Uniform Mixing: The materials enter the mixer. BB fertilizer production lines typically use drum mixers to ensure uniform mixing of nutrients without damaging the fertilizer granules.
4. Automatic Quantitative Packaging: The blended fertilizer immediately enters the quantitative packaging scale for bagging and sealing.
5. Finished Product Storage: The product is transported to the finished goods area via a belt conveyor.
1. Multi-bin automatic batching scale: Responsible for the precise static measurement or dynamic batching of various raw materials.
2. Bucket elevator/conveyor belt: Transports the pre-mixed raw materials vertically or horizontally to the mixing equipment.
3. Specialized BB fertilizer mixer: Features specially designed mixing blades to ensure extremely high uniformity in a short period of time.
4. Fully automatic packaging machine: Performs integrated operations including weighing, filling, and sealing.
