Rotary Drum Manure Granulator
Disc Manure Granulator
A classic and widely used traditional granulation device, suitable for small- to medium-scale production. Material moves with the rotating inclined disc; as it is moistened by sprayed water, the powder aggregates into pellets. Under the combined effects of centrifugal force and gravity, the pellets are graded, and qualified granules overflow from the edge of the disc. The granulation process is intuitive, the granulation is uniform, the granulation rate is high (>93%), and it features relatively low investment costs and a simple structure.
New Type Of Organic Fertilizer Granulator (Stirring Teeth Granulator)
This is currently one of the most widely used models in organic fertilizer production. It utilizes the mechanical agitation force generated by high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, spheronize, and densify fine powder materials within the machine. It achieves a high spheronization rate (up to 90% or higher), produces aesthetically pleasing granules, and ensures good hardness in the final product. It is particularly suitable for organic materials such as fermented livestock and poultry manure.
