Flat Die Granulator

The flat die pelletizer is highly suitable for high-fiber organic bio-humus. It utilizes intense compression between the press rollers and the die to extrude the material through the die holes into cylindrical shapes, which are then cut into cylindrical pellets by a cutting blade. It achieves a high pelletization rate and produces compact pellets. the raw material requires no drying or grinding and can be pelletized directly, with no material return.

Disc Granulator

The disc granulator is a classic granulation device for small- to medium-scale organic fertilizer production lines. Material is fed into an inclined rotating disc, where centrifugal and frictional forces cause the material to roll along the disc wall and gradually agglomerate into spheres. Water is typically sprayed during the granulation process to enhance material cohesion. This equipment is characterized by high-quality granules, high granulation efficiency, low cost, and simple operation.

Drum Granulator

The drum granulator is suitable for large-scale organic fertilizer production. Material enters an inclined, slowly rotating drum. As the drum rotates, the material continuously tumbles. Simultaneously, an appropriate amount of water or binder is added via a spray system, causing the powder particles to gradually agglomerate and grow, forming spherical granules. Double Roller Extrusion Granulators

The material is squeezed into sheets by a pair of high-pressure counter-rotating rollers, then crushed and screened to form granules. Granulation occurs at room temperature, resulting in high granule strength and simple operation.
