The dry powder fertilizer granulator can directly extrude powdered fertilizer raw materials into granules at room temperature. The double-roller granulator is suitable for granulating a wide range of materials, including compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers, NPK fertilizers, mineral powders, and bentonite. The resulting granules—typically ranging from 2 to 10 mm in size—feature uniform shapes (such as round or oblate) and high structural strength, making them resistant to breakage. Granule size can be adjusted by changing the molds to meet the specific production requirements of different users. Its core adopts a double roller extrusion granulation process. The entire procedure requires no water or additives, and no drying equipment is needed. Utilizing advanced double-roller extrusion technology, this process directly converts powdered raw materials into granules, completely eliminating the need for the drying and cooling systems required in traditional processes.

The entire process takes place at room temperature, preventing the degradation of heat-sensitive components, ensuring that nutrients are fully retained and maintaining the stability of the fertilizer’s efficacy.

The process features a short workflow, requires minimal floor space, and offers convenient daily operation, enabling “one-stop” automated production from feedstock input to final output.
4. High-performance wear-resistant roll liners:
The roll liners withstand heavy loads and wear, and can handle high-frequency continuous operation without jamming, overheating, or frequent breakdowns.
The double roller granulator primarily shapes powdered materials by compressing them between two counter-rotating rollers; the entire process can be divided into three steps: compression, crushing, and discharge.
Compression:
Raw material is fed uniformly between the two rollers via the feeding mechanism. Under intense compressive force, the powder particles are rapidly compacted into dense sheets or blocks.
Crushing:
The compressed material enters the crushing zone, where a crushing mechanism breaks up large chunks into particles of the required size, ensuring greater uniformity in particle size.
Discharge:
Particles that meet the specifications are automatically discharged under the combined action of gravity and the machine’s operation.
