The new type of organic fertilizer granulator is designed for granulating manure with high moisture content, high fiber content, and challenging granulation characteristics. Since chicken manure typically has a high moisture content, it is perfectly suited for the capabilities of this new granulator. With a production capacity of 1.5–10 t/h, it is also suitable for large-scale granulation production. The pellets are uniform in size, highly durable, and resistant to breakage, with a granulation rate exceeding 95%. It offers strong material adaptability, capable of processing challenging organic raw materials. Granulation is achieved without the need for binders, preserving the natural properties of the organic fertilizer. Compared to traditional processes, it features lower energy consumption costs and a high degree of automation.
Working Principle
Disc Chicken Manure Pellet Machine: Under the combined effects of centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, the material is lifted and dropped, continuously tumbling and agglomerating into pellets. By adjusting the material moisture content and disc rotation speed, pellet size and strength can be controlled.
Drum Chicken Manure Pellet Machine: Material rotates with the drum, is lifted by the scrapers, and then falls freely, agglomerating into pellets through tumbling and collision. Steam can be introduced or liquid sprayed to adjust temperature and humidity, thereby promoting pellet formation.
The new type of organic fertilizer Granulator: Material undergoes shearing, compression, and tumbling, agglomerating into pellets under the combined action of mechanical force and friction, and is then compacted into uniform pellets.
